Fabrication dlls not compatible with .Net framework 4.7.1

I am not able to access the methods(like GetACADHandleFromItem()) of FabricationAPI.dll & FabricationCore.dll of 2019 version in .Net framework 4.7.1.

Is there any compatibility problem between Fabrication CADMep dlls of 2019 version & .Net framework 4.7.1?

How to access fabrication 2019 dlls in my project?

Can anyone help me with the above issue?

The SDK doc's say to use the 4.5 Framework.

It is compatible with 4.6, you can check.
