I'm new to Fabrication CAD MEP and I have no clue how to convert a Revit family into a fab part. The Revit family I'm trying to make a fab part of so that I can use in my Revit Fab model is a High-Efficiency takeoff.

I need it to be able to show up in the MEP Fab Parts inside of Revit so that I can place the correct fab part inside of my model for coordination purposes and also energy analysis inside of Revit.
