I am pretty certain you are correct.

Yes, I'm duplicating, (with minimal modifications).

1. Copy all needed ITMs into my company file structure.

2. Duplicate Service, rename it to my company specific service

3. Duplicate Service Template

At this point all is gravy...

In order to make these service templates point to my relocated ITMs, I had to delete all the buttons and drop in new ones using the ITMs in my relocated area. I have not noticed a way to "repoint" an existing button to a different ITM. Seems like you need to delete, then replace.

And that's where your findings come into place. I'm not able to get back onto this until probably Monday, maybe Tuesday, but I'm going to dig into what you're saying. Plus verify I have the latest versions as well.

While I have you here, maybe you can solve another problem I'm having. But I'll post another topic on it, so this one thread won't split topics. And require two "answer acceptions".
