I would like to ask you some questions to help determine my troubleshooting direction.

 

What year version of Autodesk softwares are you using (2018, 2019)? Revit 2018 & Fabrication CADmep 2018?

 

Can you confirm that you are using the most updated version of Revit & Fabrication CADmep? Follow the articles below to determine if you are using the most up-to-date release for Revit & Fabrication CADmep.

Update Software in Autodesk Account

 

If your software is current, I would like to capture your workflow to help troubleshoot your issue, especially the "It just barks at me. And it deletes my elbows." message and details if possible.  Can you please do the following?

 

- A Screencast video (or a video from another screen recording utility) showing the steps you are going through.

 

 - A copy of the files used in the video (so that I can try reproducing the steps you are going through).

 

If you do not feel comfortable posting that information here, you are welcome to send the file to me in private.
