Can't export to Glue

I'm using CADmep 2019 and trying to export to Glue using Fabviewer, when I click export to glue it gives me an error saying it can't find the addin.

I do have the Glue addin on AutoCAD so I'm not sure what's the issue. I can export a 3D with the parameters I need but the model is glued rotated 90 degrees on the X axis.

Hello @fernando.silveira.lima

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Forum community!

Can you confirm that you are using the most updated version of 2019 Fabrication CADmep?  Follow the article below to determine if you are using the most up-to-date release of 2019 Fabrication CADmep.

Keep your Software Current

If your software is current, I would like to capture your workflow to help troubleshoot your issue, especially the "gives me an error saying it can't find the addin." message and details if possible.

Can you please do the following:

- A Screencast video (or a video from another screen recording utility) showing the steps you are going through.

 - A copy of the files used in the video (so that I can try reproducing the steps you are going through).

Can you please provide me with the file you are having issues with?  If you do not feel comfortable posting that information here, you are welcome to send the file to me in private.

Thank you for your help and I look forward to your thoughts!

Hello @fernando.silveira.lima

I hope you are doing well and making lots of progress on your project.

I wanted to check in and see if you had a chance to review my last forum post, or if you have any additional questions for me?

I did some more research into your issue and this is what I could come up with at this time.

It is possible that you are not following the recommended workflow to achieve your results, what you would need to do within Fabrication CADmep is to navigate to BIM 360 tab (below is a link on how to troubleshoot if you do not see this tab) look to far left and above Coordination you will see a Glue button, this is where you export your Fab file to Glue successfully.

Hopefully this helps!
