Hello @clomedico

I understand that you are getting an error in Fabrication CADmep when using content manager.  When you do, you get the error shown in the above screen shot.

I have tried to recreate this issue using our systems and I have not been able to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

In order to continue troubleshooting for you I would like to ask a couple of questions.

In addition to having Fabrication CADmep, do you also have ESTmep of CAMduct installed on your machine or in your office?  If you do, do you have this same issue in those programs as well?  Use link below if you are not sure how to download content in ESTmep, CAMduct or CADmep.

Download Content

Is this issue happening to all of your CADmep machines or just yours?

Lastly when you get this error message can you please provide us with the "Details" of that error report?  Clicking details may provide clues as to what is happening, with this information my team can try to advise what can be done if possible.

Can you please provide me with the details of that error report?  If you do not feel comfortable posting that information here, you are welcome to send the file to me in private.

Thank you for your help and I look forward to your thoughts.
