CAMduct - Ductboard pattern issues

Hi,

I am having trouble setting up the ductboard patterns to cut correctly on our router. There are four main issues as detailed below:

1.

The ductboard straight pattern (CID 948) constantly brings up an error ("Part Labels On Inside") that won't allow the item to be used at all. The database setting under 'Fittings/Pattern Switches/Developments/Part Lables On Inside' is not checked as we use labels on the outside of all our sheet metal ductwork. However, when I do check this item - it allows me to use the straight pattern!

Does anyone know how to fix this?

2.

The ductboard patterns seem to use the 'Default Cutting Tool' for both the outside and inside cuts, but somehow applies the seamed grooving tool to seams as required - which works well enough despite not being editable, but when there is a circular hole it is still applying the 'Default Cutting Tool' - given we wish to use a straight knife cut the non-seamed edges, we need to switch this to a router so it can cut the radius.

Does anyone know if there are settings are to change the assigned tools for these?

3.

Where a ductboard pattern has a fold (eg. square bend back wrapper), the grooving line does not extend across the entire width of the item, which means when machined there is a small section at each end that has to be physically broken off to enable the fold.

Does anyone know if this can be adjusted within the database?

4.

In the machine settings for the router, I have set the cut priority to 'Tool By Tool' in an effort to have the router cut all of the holes (with the router tool) first, and then cut the rest with the straight knife but it seems to ignore this priority list and still cuts each part individually which means a lot of swapping tools.

Does any know why it might be doing this?

Thank you in advance for any help!
