Report List Missing

When I try to use reports the pull down is grayed out like nothing is there. Just for kicks I tried to make a spool sheet and the reports are missing from it also. I went through the MAP.INI and made sure things are pointing in the right location. Is there another file that drive Reports or tells the software where to look for them? It's like things just aren't looking in the correct location. Thanks

Note: Since 2013, the MAP.INI file does not point to the reports location. It points to the Reports ROOT folder.

If MAP.INI points to here....

C:\MyReports

CADmep will look here....

C:\MyReports\CADmep

CAMduct will look here....

C:\MyReports\CAMduct

ESTmep will look here...

C:\MyReports\ESTmep
