Problem with plasma settings
1. How can I set a mark (eg. a burned dot) on the elements prepared to be cut on plasma to distinguish which tab has eg. 20 mm (prepared to heat two elements together) and which has eg. 18 and 9 mm for a NULLOCK type lock?
2. When I'm preparing elements to be cut from a sheet 3200x1500mm and I perform nesting (automatic tiling of elements), sometimes the elements will take 2 full sheets and eg. 3/4 of a third. Is there a possibility to set the size of the last sheet after nesting? So that the person preparing the sheets would know to cut two 3200x1500 (default size) and one, say, 2700x1500?
3. There's a rule in Poland for selling ventilation elements that for each part whose area is smaller than 1m2, the area is rounded up to 1m2. This applies only to elements smaller than 1m2. Eg. 0,3m2=1m2 but 1,2m2=1,2m2. Is there a way for the program's reports of used materials to take that into account?
4. Is there a way to change the way the program calculates the number of ventilation channels? Currently if I prepare 5 channels of length 500mm, the program's report shows 1 channel of length 2500. I can change it by hand for each item, but I would have to do that every time I put in a channel to be cut on plasma. Can I change it globally?

1) you can either set up slit or v notch on the seam, however, it is much more easy to print self adhesive labels and apply during plasma cutting. super easy and low-level worker compatibile
2) there is variable "sheet used " on nest prints, where you see exactl length of sheet needed
3) step by step described in the help file, how to set up this kind of report using filters and calculation
4) use another CID. EX CID 866 has more options for straight.
