I think they've got major issues in there Gene. I submitted a whole database to them showing them inconsistencies in how price and labor were accounted for.

You can add ancillaries to an ITM.

You can also add them to the support spec.

Or the support spec could use an ancillary kit which uses ancillaries.

You can have breakpoints on a Support Spec, Ancillary Kit or even some types of ancillaries. You can even do things like have a support spec with breakponits use a kit with breakpoints using ancillaries with breakpoints. Granted, this doesn't make sense but you can do it.

Theoretically it should all work and I wanted to test the best place to put them so I mapped all the various ways you "could" map ancillaries to a hanger.  I then used something like the following....

1" Hanger = $1, 2" Hanger $2

1" Hanger Rod $10, 2" Hanger Rod $20

1" Hanger Insert $100, 2" Hanger Insert $200

...etc...

I used 3/4 hours for Fab LAbor and 5/6 hours for install labor.

When it's all done, I should get a Cost of $11111111.0 for a 1" Hanger and $22222222.0 for a 2" hanger. Labor would be similar.

There were zero cases where the information was consistent between 1" and 2" hangers AND complete regardless of the on how the ancillaries were accounted for, many cases, some information would be missing, or incorrect. It was a mess.

Been a couple weeks now and I've not heard back.
