In ESTmep using Design line, when one clicks on the "Fix By" button, the "Fix By" icon will appear.  Then, when one clicks on the button again, the icon is supposed to collapse from view.

However, we have a user where the button does not collapse the icon...

Has anyone else experienced this?  How did you resolve it?
