Good Morning, 

I am trying to get in touch with a representative from tech support but I am unable to locate a phone number to do so. We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the software; when dimensions are input, an error code appears intermittently. We also have a device that prints stickers and it is not corresponding with the software any longer.
