ESTmep - can't use my mouse scroll to Zoom

Please can someone help me with unlocking my Zoom scroll with the mouse, see screen clip to see Zoom panel I have to click into pan mode and drag up and down every time i want to zoom.

I face the same issue in fabrication estmep 2023 trial version please anyone know the solution,let me know

Normally if you have scroll issues its because you have custom software installed that has scroll as a different function.
