Object Enablers are ONLY applicable to AutoCAD and Navis based products. 

They won't help w/Microstation.

There's an option in CADmep that allows the DWG to "save with graphics" that will embed the graphics in the DWG (they're typically regenerated by CADmep or the object enabler). This will allow other program that don't support the enablers like Microstation, AutoSprink, Tekla, etc to see the gbraphics when they open the DWG/DXF.

You'll likely want to copy the sourse DWG's to a temp folder before opening and saving them with this option turned on as it increases the size of the DWG file about 300%. Hence, keeping them isolated from the rest of your production drawings.
