AutoLogin is enabled on a case by case basis for the Fabrication User accounts. Go to the "Configure Users" program and edit the user account you want to have this enabled for and add it there.

I suspect (not tried) this option in Edit Configuration is really there not to "Enable" but rather "disable" the AutoLogin in the event someone with permissions to Autologin selected that option when logging in and needs to clear it later.
