As far as I've known. this level of customization is expected to be done after the CAM user receives the .MAJ file.

They can make further edits with profiler tools.

I would be wary of doing it in CADmep, were it possible, because the CAM user would more than likely erase pattern customizations during a redevelopment step somewhere along the line.
