First thing I would recommend is going through the manual training for Camduct:

There is a bit explanation about Connectors and Seams (default one) to give you an idea about them and where you can see and edit them. Secondly, you would want to back up whatever database you have before playing around with new connectors and seams. Following, you can go to database and look for Fitting Tab then you will see Seams and connectors. 

From there you can play with them by changing different values in each Seam/Connector properties. Actually, there is one important thing that you might need to concern is about the Notches. Make sure you create appropriate notch for each new seam/connector so that you can actually form them in workshop.
