I was trying to create a simple component (a flange) was able to get all the dimensions correct no issue, but when I tried to add a piece of pipe one of the dimensions suddenly changed from 1.31 to 2 (the default measurement). I used the command showmethediffs to compare it to an AutoCAD created flange, I made a few changes to make it work better but it kept changing dimensions on me back to the default.

Is there anything that I need to change or modified in my settings?
