Look at the pics from JHoward_HOB.  The service type setting in the service editor has to match up to service type set in the pip.

I don't think yours does.  Your service is set to pipework and your pipe is set to Drainage.

I also see another issue.  Your pipe is not on a service.  Yours is set to None.
