CADBLOCK Item Issues - Design Line Erase

ISSUE 2:

It has come to my attention that we seem to be having an issue with design lines that utilize CADBLOCK references. It seems as though design line is willing to fill them, but refuses to design erase them. Not that we use a ton of these reference, but it is pretty annoying to have duplicated geometry in our models. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening or how we can prevent this from happening, but still utilize CADBLOCK'ed items?

We have this issue also. Every time I've brought up issues with CADBlocks, it has seemed that they (originally MAP) were not planning on moving forward with the use. I don't know if this has changed or not but there are definitely bugs that need worked out. Nothing much has been done/updated with them for about 4 or 5 years.

Well I guess I'll add it to the Autodesk "Someday" list. We don't use these a lot, but I would use them more if they had less problems.
