Have you requested help from your local reseller to get this working?

If they can't help, or if you want to do it yourself, the Tracker Help file has been recently updated so you might get some usefull information there, it is a bit vague but at least it will get you started.

 

See if it helps, then come back with specific questions if you get stuck and someone here might be able to assist.
