Hi Lance, thanks for the reply. I have already set the turnover length to the required amount for this flange.

The reason I made this post is to point out that MOST of the parameters under connectors actually do nothing. Like absolutley nothing, even after redeveloping the part. There is nothing wrong with my setup either, I am working from a copy of the original database CAMduct ships with, if there is an issue with my setup, it would be Autodesk's issue.

I can set the turnover as long as I like, but the length of my notch would have to change with it. Which would not work. 

'Seam Cut Back (Male/Female)' does absolutely nothing; 'Roller Allowance' again, does absolutely nothing. There are other parameters I could mention but you get the idea, and I figured that either of these options should solve my seam issue.

Any further assistance in obtaining a solution would be greatly appreciated.
