Refresh Data?

Hi,

Last week i updated some of my duct standards and prices.  I am looking at a job i did a few months before that and it looks like it has my old standards and prices.  How can i update/refresh so it will price based on my most current standards and prices.

I just have a try to reproduce your scenario. Does your job setup by design line? If yes, you are very luck because you can do following steps to make the price information updated. Or else, I think I cannot help you with updating the price information.

After update/Change your price list, you could do:

  • Double click the design line to active it.
  • Click "Erase 3D Item(s)" icon.

  • Check if all information of this design line are disappeared in "Item" tab.

  • Go back to "Drawing" tab and click "Fill 3D Item(s)" icon.

  • Go back to "Item" tab you may find the price information are updated to the latest.

Hope above information could help you.

It's quite straightforward. Just fo to "File>Save Job As" on the toolbar at the top, then choose to save as a .maj file instead of a .esj file. You usually have to restart ESTmep at this point. Open the save .maj file which should use the updated database. Re-save as a .esj file by using "File>Save Job As" from the toolbar. Anything you change on a .maj file will effect the overall/latest database, hence why it's best to re-save as an .esj file.

Hope this helps.
