This is going to sound strange but do you have a cell phone plugged into your computer? If so, unplug it. This is something I have seen on other forums.

To assist you with this request would you please be able to provide the following to further investigate the behavior?

- A Screencast video (or a video from some other screen recording utility) showing the steps you are going through.
