Hanger Command not working with Support Specification set

I've been struggling with getting my own support specification set up to where I can have hangers auto fill or use the hanger command as I go. I've followed the instructions in setting up the support specifications and have matched the button codes in my spec to the button codes of the hangers in the service I'm using, yet the hangers will not populate. Now, more specifically, I'm getting hangers for round duct, but not rectangular...and when the round duct hangers are filled, they are not conforming to the size of the duct. I checked to see if the size was locked but it is not. I've attached some screenshots to show my spec and the button code. Any ideas why I'm getting the round hangers to fill but not rectangular?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Update: Round Hangers autofill with design line, although they are the wrong size, but they do not work when using HANGERCOMMAND.

So now I have isolated my problem. My main issue is that the hangers are not sizing according to the duct size but rather sticking with their width dimension even though it's unlocked. The reason it seemed that nothing was autofilling was because it's only putting in one size hanger i.e. 28" Wide or whatever the size is set to in the item properties, any duct size above or below that will not fill. Same story with round. How do I get the hangers (CID=838) to adjust to the size of the duct??? Thanks in advance!

Solved! Turns out both hangers were set to 'Catalog' items, hence why they would not change size. All is well now that I unchecked the box in the properties menu.
