Hello,
I'm looking at Autodesk showcase as a way of upping the presentation of model ante with my client. When importing a F'CADmep model into Showcase I find that the geometry cannot be read (only anything modelled as a solid will show). Please could any helper advise whether they think that this could be a case of not having the correct object installed or alternatively the incorrect order of installation of products...OR perhaps that it's not possible to support the F/CADmep (CADDUCT) geometry within Autodesk Showcase at all???
See the screenshots below of my model (AutoCAD & Navis)
Any help with the investigation of this issue would be very much appreciated.
Kind regards, Stuart

Have you tried saving the file with graphics?

Hi there, yes colleague suggested that. The database is curently locked down for this option to prevent creating massive files on the server. I'll try that tomorrow.
Cheers!
