Estoy trabajando en una Empresa que fabrica sus propios perfiles en el material GFRP pero las dimensiones, de algunos perfiles no están en la galería del centro de contenidos, como puedo agregar una perfil nuevo, por ejemplo necesito un tubo cuadrado de 101mm por el espesor de 6.4mm

Open a new part template
Now, you have to do a sketch with the profile you need, fully constrain it and then extrude it 1mm.
Next go to the tab manage and select: Authoring Structural Shape.
After Authoring, you can publish in content center, or later with publish tool.

Son varios perfiles, el problema radica que las dimensiones generales las tienen en pulgadas y los espesores en milimetros, por eso necesito tener una galeria personalizada, por ejemplo tengo otro tubo cuadrado de 50.80mm por espesor de 4mm y es medida no hay en el sistema ingles

Ok, no problem... you can have mm and in in the same document, just add the unit in front of the dimension.
You can create a family for the same tube and publish (iPart)
or you can create a standard ipt for each and publish all.
