VBA macro file on a shared drive?

Are there any problems with putting the *.IVB file on a shared drive and having multiple users point to it?

When code executes, it is executed locally on individual machines so having a common "source" file should be ok, or am I missing something?

Tip:
Make your project password protected, to prevent your code from edit by mistake by other users.
