I have AutoCAD Mechanical 2018 and Inventor 2018 installed.
I have AutoCAD Mechanical files that consist of many 3D solids. I need to iterate through those solids and create Inventor .ipt files for each one. The Inventor part file would need sketches added for each of the secondary features (dados, chamfers, etc). See attached image of a typical solid part.
I'm not asking for someone to give me the code in this forum, though that would be muchly appreciated. I am looking for some leads on how I can get this done, assuming that it is possible. I've searched the web for consultants and the first several that I've gotten in touch with say that they can't do that.
If I'm posting this in the wrong forum, then please be gentle on me and kindly tell me where I should post something like this.

Hi @mtwohig,
Currently, Inventor can not translate AutoCAD 3D solids into Inventor modelling features. Because, it is not supported. You can log this wish list at idea station using following link.
