Hello, my Inventor is professional 2012, Vault is professional 2013, when I open the task scheduler, there is no any function about Vault like Check out from Vault. The first picture is normal one, the second is my task scheduler. Is there any way to bring the missing functions back? I tried repair Vault and Inventor, but it didn't work.

Click on the Create Task pulldown menu to create a task.
HTH.

it turns out that I also have vault 2012 installed, so I reinstalled inventor 2012, vault 2012 and vault 2013, then the magic thing happened, I got the functions about Vault in task scheduler.
