But as soons as it check in .. I can´t change it. and it keep download the file and have the old properties... is that a right way to update the files with the new properties ?

I just do it in the Vault client. Are you trying to find a way to do it in code?

Check out the file from Vault & then you should be able to do the same workflow as long as the file name stays the same.
Ex: 1234.ipt is checked into Vault. 1234.ipt is checked out of Vault. The local file of 1234.ipt is deleted & recreated from scratch. 1234.ipt can be checked back into Vault without error as long as it is in the same file location with the same file name.

In general, Inventor doesn't let you make changes to library files, which include Content Center files. There's a few ways to deal with that.
For iProperties only:
- Make changes through the Vault client software. Do a 'Get' to download the latest version to your local machine.
- Check out the file through Inventor or the Vault client, then use the iProperties editor through Windows Explorer.
For any changes (iProperties, geometry, material, appearance, etc.):
- Check out the file through Inventor or the Vault client. Delete and replace file with the new version as @tyler.warner indicated. Update any assemblies as needed, and check back in through Inventor.
- Create a project file that doesn't include any library folder references. It will likely have to be a single-user type, so you'll need to check files out in your normal Vault project first. Make your changes, then switch back to the Vault project and check the file in.
