Im looking to organise all ifeature parts in a similar way we do for Autocad blocks using Tool Palette.
Is there an option in Inventor to quickly click and place ifeatures?

This is a built-in function. See tab Manage-Insert in part environment. There is a comboBox with all iFeatures from "Catalog" which is defined in application options
