Share custom content centre library within a private network

Hey there,

I have created a custom content centre library on my pc in a design team. Several months of work...

Now I'm going to have an assistant, and as the person does not have so much experience with INVENTOR I prefer to give her acces to this custom library rather tan creating her own one.

Both PC's are connected via NAS.

Is there anything to do? Is Vault the appropiate software for this? Which versión is capable to do it?

Many thanks.

What do you mean by NAS?

Our team doesn't have Vault, but still share a ton of resources, because we're all using a Vault type Project file, which specifies where all our shared resources are on a network drive, that we all have access to.  We just didn't fill out any details in the Vault portion of the Project file.  This strategy may work for your team too.  Just make sure any 'mapped network drives" each team member is using to access those resources, is set-up with the same drive letter and path.
