I have a sign in problem after installing Formit 360 for windows on my Windows 8 machine that renders it unusable. When I click the "sign in to A360" button, a new window opens then closes before opening fully. Any ideas why this is happening?
Hi Morteza - I'm sorry to hear that! I sent your screen capture on to our development team and I will follow up with other suggestions.
Hello,
I have the same problem since the last update.
I click on "sign in to A360", an empty window opens and nothing happens.

Hello,
Hello Fadi - Sorry that you're experiencing this issue - in the past I have seen updating your graphics card drivers will resolve the issue.
Also, I saw another post that updating Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 resolved the issue....
Sorry I can't be specific about how to resolve the issue - can you please either of these and see if it helps?
Thanks,
Tobias
I don't understand why we are getting a blank log in window!.
By doing CTRL+A on the blank log in window and pasting in office document, there seem to be information hidden in the background and for some reason it's not visible to the user!
I managed to put in my email and password but received the error message displayed in red below.
I have the same problem. See image below. I have no problem login in to the FormIt web app, I opened my Nvidia Control Panel and on 3D Configurations, I changed my preferable Graphics Processor from Automatic to Nvidia High Performance Graphics Processor (as suggested here), my system Clock is synced with internet and I have reinstalled Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2. I have basically tried everything suggested.
Hi Karin,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you confirm you have the latest graphics card driver from NVidia?
Thanks,
Yeah, back when had the problem that fixed it with that specific version of Microsoft .NET Framework, or the latest version, or any earlier versions of could be probably. Didn't have it installed and the login didn't showed up, and in fact when had it installed now the login showed up. It worked for me at least.
Hi Karin,
Can you confirm:
- What is the make and model of the machine you're using?
- What graphics card(s) does this machine have?
Thanks,
Karin,
Another question. Do you know if the account you're trying to use to sign in uses Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Thanks,
Josh
