Please help with "File Open Error"

I have used for it on my iPad for a while now. Today however, I ran into a problem that I can't figure out. Some of my documents, including one I was working just yesterday, now say "File open error could not open file" every time I try. Also, instaid of a little picture their picture is gray. How can I fix this I really need those projects, this has never happened before.

Sorry to hear that! It sounds like a few of your files may have become corrupt - though not sure that's the issue.

If you're saving your files on A360 Drive, then you can roll back to a previous revision of the file.

Go to A360 Drive - https://360.autodesk.com/
Log in with the account you used on your iPad FormIt App
Go to the FormIt folder
Find the file you're having issues with
Expand the list of actions for this file and find 'Versions' - you'll see the dialog in the attached screenshot
Then choose the most recent revision before the current one and click the clock icon - then click 'Revert'
If you want to go back to the current version then follow these same steps again

Thanks for the reply. I still however am stuck. For some reason Formit always makes more of things so there are a TON of the duplicates of the broken projects. Also, since I tried to open many things in the 360app and none worked since it said "creating check back soon" and it's been like 3 hours. I can't. Tell which copy is the right one because the broken project is a copy.
