Have you tried launching the Autodesk Desktop App (ADA) from the Windows start menu? This is a separate program that runs in the background with which you can manage your Autodesk products. You can also launch it from the system tray on the far right of your taskbar.
Upon first launch of the ADA you have to agree to the terms and conditions and login with your Autodesk account. Also, check the updates tab to see if there are any updates available along the lines of "Autodesk Licensing Service" and "Single Sign-on Component". These updates (if available) might not appear right away, so give it a minute after launching the app.
From my experience this usually fixes licensing and login issues in any Autodesk program and is the first thing I suggest to my students when they encounter a similar problem.
Another thing I suggest to them (not related to your problem) is forcing the graphics settings of your computer system to "High performance" when running FormIt (press Windows + I on your keyboard » search for Graphics settings » Browse for FormIt and change the settings accordingly). If you have an extra graphics card this might boost the performance of FormIt significantly.
