FormIT Set Location is not allowing Bing Map import 'specified credentials invalid'.

I am trying to import background Bing maps but the set location on the online app is not allowing the identified background map to be saved. The suggested link to a free developer account does not seem to work either. Any way around this?

Thanks. I thought it was just the Formit for Windows that was the issue. So, I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled but nothing has changed. The "Launch Formit Web" platform does the same. I look forward to feedback so that I can start using the program.

Thanks for checking the uninstall-re-einstall workflow. We are in contact with Bing Maps now and are trying to get to the bottom if this.  It seems to be consistently broken on FormIt Web and is working on FormIt Windows for some people and not for others.

Hi, I'm trying to get a terrain from Formit web but it seem the issue has not been fixed

is the feature available for formit pro users only?

This feature is not limited to FormIt Pro. It should work for you, too.

We just tried it on FormIt Web, and it works. Perhaps Bing Maps had an issue over the weekend. Can you try again and let us know if it's working for you?

@josh.goldstein @HeatherL011   I found this posting...boy, can that title be any more cryptic?  At any rate, I have been trying to rectify this same situation.  I had the Geolocation on my old PC and AutoCAD, but then got a new PC with AutoCAD 2024 and Map3D and I get the same invalid credentials.  Are you able to help me on this one?

@wagner_santosP7GH4, This problem I'm having is still going on.  Nobody from any of my other posts was able to help me.  I've been working with AutoDesk for the past 4 weeks without a resolution.  At this point, it is believed that there is a problem with the program itself.  I use AutoCAD 2024 and Map3D 2024 and neither one works.  My AutoCAD 2022 still works with no problem
