Formit Pro on iPad

I was wondering what enables the features of Formit Pro on an iPad?  I have the same features on my iPad app as I do on the web version when I sign into it and get the Pro circle to turn from orange to white and blue.  My students have iPads and some have web access but after logging in, they can't get all the Pro features I see.  Do they have to download the windows client first.  I thought it worked for me after I logged into the web client with my credentials.  We all have active educational accounts so I was just wondering what the sequence was for this to work.

Hi @mpainter,

We'd like to do a quick test of one of the accounts that's not seeing the Pro features on iPad. This involves getting a user ID from a console command, so I'll direct message you with instructions.
