FormIt for Windows to Revit

i need help regarding converting the  model to Revit, the model is completely frozen and I can't create walls or floors or roof using model by face command. it only shows the mouse icon with the cube symbol but doesn't allow me to pick

any faces. Please support me

In order to better help you with this problem, it would be useful for you to reply with the following information:

1. which versions of FormIt and Revit you are using?
2. did the import/send to Revit command complete before freezing?
3. does this happen with all models or only the current project file?

In relation to question 3, you can try to import simple FormIt geometry in an empty Revit project to ensure that the problem is not related to the installation of either software?
