Formit does not start after login

Hi, 

 

I have a problem with running a Formit on my laptop. I can open the login panel and log in but then I can back to login panel again. The only difference is that I can see that I was logged in because of my credentials on the bottom of the panel.

 

I have tried to run the program in Win 7 compatibility and as an administrator but no success. Also, it seems to be that program is suggesting to start 30-day trial after it knows that I am already signed it. 

 

Here are my laptop specifics:

RAM: 4GB

OS: Win 8 64x

Processor: Intel Core i3-4000M 2.4GHz

Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 720M

Are you using the web version, or the download version? If the web version, trying clearing your browser cache, and make sure you're using Chrome or Firefox.

Hi dana0500,

 

Have you verified the account you're using has FormIt PRO access? You should be able to see this here: https://manage.autodesk.com/

 

If it does, you can try clearing the FormIt registry and sign in again: 

 

  • Hit Start, type "regedit" and hit enter - the Registry Editor should pop up
  • Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Autodesk
  • You can delete the FormIt 360 folder completely, OR rename it to something like FormIt 360_OLD if you want to restore it later (for custom shortcuts, app layout, etc)
  • Once you’ve deleted or renamed the registry folder, launch FormIt (it should ask you to sign in again)

Otherwise, try hitting the "Start a free 30-day trial" button. Does it let you in? This might unblock you for now, if all else fails.
