Foirmit file not opening on ios

Hi ,

I had made a semi-complex model of a school on formit ios on ipad pro. Formit now cant open the axm version at all.

A360 can still read the rvt file on mobile 360 but I'd really like to have the axm file back again - is it busted forever?

details:

axm file crated on ipad pro version (latest veriosn I think)

All axm files backups / previous versions discoverable on a360 all wont open on a360.

Am only left with (what sems to be ) a functioning rvt model but don't have the latest workastation revit to open and save back to axm - tend to model all on ipad.

Any thoughts? Its kind of an emergency now!

thanks

Hi Scott - Very sorry for the trouble and the corrupt file. I followed up with you in a direct message - I was able to salvage the geometry from the RVT you shared - so all is not lost. Sorry for the emergency - let us know if we can assist more!

Hey Guys.

I have a similar problem. I have a fairly simple model of a facade system  and  tried to bring in an OBJ file of a person ( for scale ). Person came in ok but a little later it froze. The original file seemed to be ok when I reopened it but had lost changes since I opened the file in this session. No problem, not much was lost.... I closed the file to do some other stuff and when I came back to it, it wouldn't open the file. There appeared to be a recovered version of the file which also wouldn't open. I could se the file in A360Drive and tried to download it from there but it just gave me another file that wont open. I'm guessing that the OBJ file is causing a problem....

We are not running the latest version of Revit in our office yet. It's coming soon but not quite soon enough for me...

Any way to get the Formit file back again ?
