@ahoffmanDMX3L,

This should now be fixed.

Would you mind letting us know if logging in works for you?

@DsinghLRH36 are you still getting this error? Are there any steps you can share to make it show up?

I am getting the same error message:

 "developerMessage":"The requested resource does not exist.", "moreInfo": "https://aps.autodesk.com/en/docs/oauth/v2/developers_guide/error_handling/", "errorCode": ""}

I am new at API programming and trying to get the excel export sample to work with Heroku. The app runs,  and these UI elements appear above, but both Sign in buttons give the above error message. I've confirmed the Forge Client ID and Forge Client Secret keys are added to Heroku as vars. I've created the Custom Integration app in the ADMIN for BIM360.  Thank you in advance for helping.

Same issue, is the problem from autodesk side, the dashboard shows everything is working? @josh.goldstein @autodesk @DsinghLRH36 @calvinclark_williams

Hi @calvinclark_williams and @Gauri.Conrad ,

Can you both clarify the context in which you're seeing this error, and what you're trying to do in FormIt?

An "excel export sample" is mentioned, but the only relevant feature I know of in FormIt is a Dynamo sample which outputs to Excel. Is that what we're referring to here, or something else?

Thanks!

My company links ACC to our internal software, previously the links were working to import the information from ACC such as Issues,RFIs and checklists(forms). When we click the import button in our software it gives the resource not found error.

Are you talking about in FormIt though? Since this is the FormIt forum, I'm trying to understand what specific FormIt feature you're using to get this error. Are you importing models from Autodesk Docs?

As mentioned above, we need more information.

What FormIt feature are you using to cause this? What steps are being taken? Screenshots or a video would help.

Sorry, but I think you're in the wrong forum. Several of you may be, since no one except for the original poster has been able to give us anything FormIt-related to work with.

This is the FormIt forum, it's for Autodesk FormIt which is a standalone 3D modeler that has little to do with Autodesk Platform Services.

I don't see a forum specifically for this, but you might try the APS website and contact help from there.
