Educational access to Formit pro web version

Hi,

I am trying to get students access to the web version of Formit Pro but the educational account only gives them access to the application version. Is there a way to get access to the web version? I know people from other schools who have done this but i am struggling to find a way even after logging tickets.

When you are in the Web version, are you logged in with your Autodesk user account? If not, click on the user icon next to the orange Pro icon to the top left of the window.

When not logged in (free version)
Pro icon is orange.

When logged in (Pro version with a licence assigned to your Autodesk account = payed or educational)
Pro icon is white and my user icon appears.
