Cannot convert rfa file to Formit, nor will it import a ACIS file

Hello as stated in the title Revit will not convert families to Formit, I just keep getting error messages. In another thread they suggested to do it as a .SAT file but that is not working either. Any help is appreciated thanks.

I am sorry you are having trouble converting Revit Families to FormIt. Can you please tell me what the exact error messages you are getting?

I get this response when I try to convert to Formit in the add on in revit

It appears that we do not support the conversion of RPC content at this time. I will file this as a future request. In the mean time, there are a few trees that we created for the FormIt Primer: https://autodesk.app.box.com/s/thavswirrbflit27rbqzl26ljj7fu1uv you can find them in the Content/Trees sub folder.
