Can't view the Analysis Results with View Insight

Hi,

I have recently installed FormIt - 18.1.0 version and have difficulties with Energy Analysis. It is very simple Model - Levels and Water tightness are checked, just to review how the Energy Analysis works.

After Generate Insight command there is a process of analysis going on, but no any message appears that the Analysis is Ready and View Insight command is not working.

Hello,

We have seen some inconsistencies in 18.1 with sending and receiving energy analysis results and have worked to improve it in the next release. In the mean time, try going to https://insight360.autodesk.com, log in and you should see the results. As another option, you could open FormIt web, make sure you are logged in, and access View Results from there (assuming you are currently working on the desktop platform).

Thanks for the kind reply. I hope the new version will cover the issues with Energy analysis cause it's very important for the whole  development of the Design. In the meantime I'll follow up your instructions to read the results from FormIt online or Insight 360.
