Hmm - I am aware of several issues with graphics on different Android devices and OS - my guess is it's out of our control (on the application side). It sounds like you're on the latest Android OS? I don't think there's anything we can do to fix that graphics issue. You can definitely try FormIt on the web and FormIt for Windows. I'm sorry for the missing grid!
