Can't ımport an ımage

Hello. When I try to add any image of plan or map it shows just an empty(white) plane instead. Can I help me? Working on Ipad Pro. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for the screenshot - from it, I can see that you have Monotone Surfaces mode enabled, which overrides materials and images in favor of a colorless visual style.

- Go to the sunglasses icon on the right (Visual Styles)

- In the first tab (Surfaces), uncheck "Monotone Surfaces"

This should return everything to its colored state, including your image.
