Hi @Anonymous - 

Would you mind sending us your AXM file so we can try to narrow down the problem? In the top toolbar, select the last icon (Export). Then, choose the "Export Locally as FormIt 360 Sketch" option. You will then be prompted to save your sketch somewhere on your machine. The file extension of this file is .axm.

After you have exported your file, please upload here: http://formit360.autodesk.com/blog/formit-upload-box/. Just PM me after you have uploaded the file. We will take a look and try to help you troubleshoot your problem.
