Stuck at 100% loading the web app

I've problem using both web app and windows version. In web app it stuck at 100% and nothing happens, in windows it asks me to sign in but as I click that this message appears :

"There was an Authentication error reaching the sign in page.

WinHttpSendRequest: 12007: The server name or address could not be resolved"

 I'm using windows 10, latest version of chrome and I've checked via two PCs which I can easily sign in through www.a360.autodesk.com but as I launch formIt this problem appears.

Typically when I see this happen it is the result of a stale browser cache - so try the following

- If you're using Chrome then try using Firefox, just to make sure that the app loads successfully

- Try closing your browser's cached images and files

- Make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version - sometimes Chrome needs to be reminded to update
