My drawing window is black

Hi,

I'm trying to run analysis in formit opening models that I already did before.

The problem is that I can't see the model as well as the analysis options because the drawing board is black (see attachments).

Are there some visualization tools that I can change?

Hi Alicia- I'm not sure what the issue is but here are some things to try:

- Make sure you're on the latest version of Chrome or Firefox - just check for updates in those browsers

- Clear your browsers cache and try again, or try a different browser

- If you're using Safari or Internet Explorer, or even Microsoft Edge, those are NOT supported - please try Chrome or Firefox only

- If you're running on a Mac, but booting into a Windows operating system, or using a VM like parallels, then you may have issues with Web GL being enabled, so try googling this and enabling Open GL and Web GL
